Business Coaching for teams is a program aimed specifically at the needs of your current team.

Team Coaching starts with a discovery and assessment phase to create a baseline understanding of where the team is today.

The coaching sessions then start and these can be in person or virtual. We will focus on “What’s working?” and “What needs to change?”.
